What kind of AI automation projects do you take on?

We build AI-native products (SaaS with AI baked in from day one), wire AI into business processes to automate real-world operations, and help founders turn AI-assisted prototypes into production-grade platforms. If the work is engineering-heavy and needs to ship - we’re in.

What is the difference between an “AI-native product” and just adding a chatbot?

A chatbot is a feature you bolt on. An AI-native product is software where the intelligence is part of the architecture - data pipelines, model calls, evaluation, guardrails, and UX all designed around what the AI can do well (and where it can’t be trusted). One takes an afternoon to embed. The other is what actually moves the needle for users and scales in production.

Can you work with our existing SaaS or do we need to start from scratch?

Most of our work is integration into existing products. We audit your architecture, identify where AI genuinely helps (and where it doesn’t), and wire it in without wrecking your UX, performance, or sanity. Rewrites are the exception, not the rule.

How do you handle hallucinations and AI reliability in production?

Evaluation harnesses, retrieval augmentation, structured outputs, confidence thresholds, fallbacks to human review, and observability from day one. We treat AI components like any other critical system - monitored, tested, and rolled back if they misbehave. No “vibe-based” deployments.

How fast can we see something working?

AI-assisted prototypes: often in weeks. Production-grade integration: depends on scope, data readiness, and evaluation needs - but we don’t disappear for six months. We ship in iterations so you can course-correct early.

How do you price AI automation projects vs. traditional development?

Same way: scoped engagements for defined deliverables, or dedicated teams for ongoing build. The difference with AI work is that model costs, evaluation cycles, and data prep need to be planned upfront. We surface those costs clearly so you’re never caught off-guard by a cloud bill or a token burn.

Who owns the models, prompts, and training data we build together?

You do. Prompts, fine-tunes, evaluation datasets, training data, workflow logic - all of it ends up in your repos and your accounts. We’re builders, not gatekeepers. When we hand over, you have everything you need to run it without us.

What if our pilot works but we can’t justify scaling the AI cost?

We optimize aggressively before scaling: smaller models, caching, retrieval instead of larger context, batch inference where latency allows. If the unit economics still don’t work, we’ll tell you - we’d rather help you kill a bad ROI than keep billing for a project that won’t pay back.

Do you train our team to run the AI internally, or is this a black box?

We document everything as we build, pair with your engineers where you want them involved, and run knowledge-transfer sessions before hand-off. You can also keep us on retainer for ongoing tuning - your call. We’re happy either way.

How do you handle compliance, data privacy, and model audit trails?

Data residency, PII redaction, self-hosted or private-cloud model deployments, prompt/response logging, and audit trails are all standard tooling in our builds. If you operate in regulated spaces - healthcare, finance, public sector - we design the compliance posture into the architecture from day one, not as a retrofit.
